Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Associate to join our marketing and corporate communications team. In this role, you will assist in developing, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our banking products (savings accounts, demat accounts, personal/housing loans, and digital apps like KBL Mobile Plus). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, excellent storytelling skills, and a passion for the financial services industry.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute product-specific marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media platforms.
Digital & Social Media: Manage official social media handles, draft engaging copy, and monitor online community engagement to boost brand visibility.
Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales and digital banking teams to run targeted campaigns aimed at acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) retail and corporate clients.
BTL & Event Marketing: Organize local branch-level marketing activities, customer meets, financial literacy camps, and below-the-line (BTL) activations.
Marketing Collateral: Create and update branch promotional materials, brochures, banners, product flyers, and email newsletters in collaboration with design agencies.
Market Research: Analyze competitor products, banking trends, and customer feedback to identify fresh market opportunities and campaign angles.
Compliance Review: Ensure all marketing communications strictly adhere to Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines and RBI regulations.
