You will assist in developing and executing targeted campaigns designed to drive deposit growth, increase primary customer acquisition, and enhance customer lifetime value. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan & Execute: Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, launching, and managing end-to-end campaigns across digital channels (email, SMS, push notifications, and social media).
Collateral Creation: Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging, compliant marketing materials (brochures, landing pages, and digital ads) tailored for retail and SME audiences.
Promotional Events: Support the coordination of promotional events, webinars, and in-branch activation campaigns to drive foot traffic and customer onboarding.
Data Analysis & Market Research
Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data and market trends to segment audiences and identify cross-selling opportunities for CASA products.
Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Reporting: Prepare regular, actionable reports on marketing performance to present to senior stakeholders, offering recommendations for campaign optimization.
Product Positioning & Compliance
Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis on rival banks' CASA offerings, interest rates, and promotional tactics.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing collateral and communications strictly adhere to banking regulations and internal compliance standards.
