Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greeting shoppers, addressing queries, and providing a positive shopping experience.
Sales Promotion: Actively promoting products, cross-selling, upselling, and informing customers about discounts and offers.
Inventory Management: Replenishing stocks on shelves, receiving shipments, tagging, and ensuring display standards are met.
Store Operations: Handling point-of-sale (POS) systems, processing transactions (cash/card), and managing returns/exchanges.
Floor Maintenance: Maintaining a tidy, clean, and well-organized sales floor.
Target Achievement: Driving sales to meet or exceed daily/monthly personal and store targets.
Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent (some roles accept below 10th for specific operational roles).
Skills: Strong communication skills, polite demeanor, patience, and ability to handle high-stress situations.
Age Limit: Typically 18–30 years (varies slightly by location).
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
