Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their beauty needs, and provide expert recommendations on skincare, makeup, and perfume.
Product Demonstration: Perform live demos, such as applying lipstick, testing creams, or demonstrating makeup techniques to drive sales.
Sales Target Achievement: Actively cross-sell and upsell products, ensuring monthly sales targets are met, and inform customers about ongoing offers and discounts.
Stock Management: Maintain store cleanliness, ensure products are properly arranged, handle inventory, and restock shelves as needed.
Client Relationships: Build trust and rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0-1 year of retail or beauty experience is preferred, though not always mandatory.
Communication: Good speaking skills in English and/or the local language.
Appearance: Clean and neat appearance, professional attitude.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of beauty products, makeup application, and skincare trends.
Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per rotational shifts.
