Application Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for troubleshooting the software applications and providing help desk services for on-time delivery
  • Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
  • Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
  • Consulting with the software development, clients, and internal users to enhance application performance
  • Providing software application support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer
  • Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality
  • Handling code migration across environments to look after synchronized functionality
  • Building the root causes of application errors
  • Keeping the record of application updates and scheduling

Application Support Engineer Service Requirements

  • B.Tech or any graduate can apply for this job profile
  • Relevant experience of 2-4 years as an Application Support Engineer, or any-related field for the client, Centre for e-Governance, Karnataka location-based in Bangalore Urban
  • Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues
