Required Skills:

  • 8+ yrs. of work experience in enterprise web application design and development with experience as a technical lead role to lead a team of developers and designers
  • Experience using Java/J2EE, Microservices, Hibernate, JSP, Servlet, J2EE, Struts, Spring Framework, and Web Services.
  • Experience on PHP and frameworks (JavaScript, CSS, HTML,Code Ignitor, Laravel,Cake)
  • Worked and built scalable and large scale consumer-facing web/mobile applications
  • Exposure to and experience in designing and maintaining applications in an Agile
    environment
  • Deep experience and proponent of Open source technologies
  • Good knowledge and experience of different Cloud infrastructure components
  • Experience across relational & non-relational databases (Oracle Database, MySQL, MongoDB, Document DB)
  • Experience in architecting cloud-based architectures.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance solutions for work completion.
  • To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
  • To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews.
  • Convert business needs and challenges of the client into an execution-able technology solution roadmap.
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional customer/internal teams to arrive at appropriate technical solutions.
  • Create actionable architectural and design documents from complex business and functional requirements
  • Act as an inspiring technology leader for the entire development team by having a thorough understanding of both technologies and processes.
