Job Description

At least 7 years of proven experience in coordination and

conducting training.
 Fluency in English/Hindi and other regional languages
 Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal
skills
 Sound knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
 Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and
other technical products
 Knowledge in understanding of Web and Mobile Application
 Excellent time management and organizational skills

Co-ordination with NICSI/MoRTH/IITM officials to determine

training needs for the project
 Create Training materials and training plan for imparting
training to the user departments in the States/Districts
 Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training
sessions, and lectures
 Schedule and conduct training sessions on iRAD application tostakeholder department users
 Travel to different States/Districts based on the training needs
 Collect user feedback and maintaining attendance of the
participants
 Feedback analysis and reporting management
 Any other responsibility related with seamless execution of
training requirements
