Clerk Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain files record and update when required
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines and printers
  • Communicate with employees and clients to provide respective solutions
  • Coordinate activities and distribute information accordingly
  • Book flights and accommodations when necessary
  • Maintain office inventory
  • Handle communication between employees and stakeholders
  • Prepare bills, statements, checks, receipts and other essential documents

Clerk Service Requirements

  • Students of class Xth, XIIth, and Graduate from any field can apply for this job profile
  • Relevant experience of 0 to 3 years as a Clerk or any related field for the client, Department of Military Affairs, Lucknow location-based in Lucknow
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have a valid driving license
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Firm organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Fast typing skills
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
