Job Description
- Should have proficiency in understanding of Telecom OSS Operations and Processes covering domains of Network NMS/EMS, Service Assurance, Inventory, and Order Management domains
- Should have experience of deploying automation for managing the OSS platforms
- Should have good understanding of AIOps and use of AI/ML for fault correlation and building correcting actions
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of automation tools is necessary, including API specifications and building orchestration logic to integrate different tools
- Should have experience of building integration adapters, configuration and customization of dashboards/ reports for production environment. Should have experience of resolving defects and other priority defects
