- Worked on at least 2 Maximo Development or Implementation Project
- Experience in Maximo Configuration - Domain, Database configuration, Application Designer
- Experience in Workflow Designer
- Experience in MIF and worked on User exit and Processing class
- Expert in Maximo Customization - MBO, Bean Class, Field Level Class, Custom Action
- Must have knowledge of Java/ J2EE, PL/SQL and oracle database
- Java Development Experience
- Knowledge of BIRT Reporting will be an added advantage
- Basic Maximo functional knowledge
- Client Interaction and requirement gathering experience will be added advantage
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong track record of thriving in challenging roles and can excel in highly pressurized environments.
- Good to have Maximo 7.6 certification
- Understands IBM Maximo architecture, deployment topologies
- Knows Installation and set-up process for IBM Maximo Development environment
- Able to configure, build, test and deploy the IBM Maximo to suit customer needs
