Skill Required:

  1. Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent
  2. Should have prior experience in technical support, IT Support, or as a technical engineer.
  3. Should have strong problem-solving skills
  4. Should have the excellent client-facing skills


  1. Identify Customer issues and troubleshoot by research, & diagnoses.
  2. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  3. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
