System Software and Database Support Engineer

Requirement:

1. Should be able to work in the production support environment.
2. Should be able to work on-call, rotational Shifts when required
3. Must have good experience in maintaining and monitoring of high-level MySql production environment.
4. The candidate should possess a strong work ethic, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a high energy level.

Responsibilities:

1. Good understanding of MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle Database
2. Review production environment at regular intervals of times to ensure smooth functioning.
3. Test Cases and develop queries for analysis purposes
4. Should Coordinate with developers, testers, and project managers to achieve a common goal.
