Roles And Responsibilities-

• To Identify The Trainee Universe And Training Needs Of Various Electoral Functionaries Following A Scale Down Model And In Consultation With The Training Wing of ECI.
• To Periodically Organize National And In-House Electoral Training Needs And Capacity Development Of Programs/ Workshops/ Events.
• Conduct Of Certification Course, Theme Based And Refresher Trainings, Soft Skills Trainings Like Trainings Of Trainers And Facilitators And Leadership And Motivation Training For Domestic Participants.
• Develop A Pool Of National Level Master Trainers (NLMT) To Deliver Cascaded Training Approach, As Well As Develop A Team Of Mobile Trainers Who Could Conduct And Assist In Electoral Training Programs At State Level.
• Prepare A Yearly Calendar For The Training Programs.
• Preparation And Maintenance Of All Bills And Records Of The Above Matter.
• Implementation Of The Recommendation Of Curriculum Moderation Board In Consultation With IIIDEM Faculty.
