Scope of Work/ Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining the calendar of events
  2. Maintaining the database of mailing lists
  3. Managing implementation of all programming with a focus on performing arts and literary programs
  4. Being present for all events on the premises and be flexible when required by undertaking additional hours, especially during events in the evenings or on weekends.
  5. Maintaining and developing website, and social media, etc
  6. Maintaining the Library Lounge
  7. Working on the Communication and PR, and marketing

Qualification & Skills:

  1. Bachelors or Masters level qualification in the field of arts, performing arts, liberal arts, or media & communication.
  2. Have at least 1 year of experience in the cultural field if the candidate holds a Master's degree or
  3. Years of experience if the candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree 3. Excellent with Microsoft Office – including Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Be willing to grow in this exciting new space.
  5. Should be self driven and motivated to learn on the job.
  6. Excellent with Microsoft Office – including Excel and Power Point
  7. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Age: Age should be not less than 21 years and not more than 35 years. A copy of the matriculation certificate giving proof of date of birth must be enclosed.
