Job Responsibilities:

 

  • HR Operations
  • Employee Relations
  • Grievance handling of employees
  • Master in excel with V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot, advance excel, formulas.
  • Data Preparing Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly MIS.
  • Ability to work on data and generate various types of dashboards, reports/ad-hoc reports
  • Entry and Management of all the Clients and Employee Database Master

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling/ processing large data
  • Computer knowledge with working knowledge of Excel/ Google Sheets
  • Good communication skills to read and write emails. 
  • Understanding of HR compliances and statutory laws.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Should be able to handle high level data analysis and maintain data integrity
