  • Creating reports that monitor progress on projects and measure performance against goals
  • Communicating with customers to provide information about products or services, answer questions about orders, or resolve problems with billing or shipping
  • Managing a team of employees by providing guidance and feedback on work performance
  • Answering phones and responding to emails from customers or other departments.
  • Managing employee performance, including hiring, firing, and performance evaluations
  • Planning and coordinating events such as corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, and workshops
  • Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies to ensure adequate supply levels at all times
  • Coordinating with departments such as accounting, human resources, and IT to ensure that all operational needs are met
  • Developing strategic plans for the company by analyzing market conditions and identifying potential opportunities for growth.
