Helper Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily administrative activities of office operations
  • Managing office tasks, such as setting up meetings
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by arranging appointments to prevent misunderstanding
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flight/train tickets or making hotel arrangements
  • Greet and assist management and visitors
  • Fulfill the needs of others to ensure their positive experience with the company
  • Must know using a computer to conduct research, create records, generate reports, presentations, and minutes of meeting
  • Maintain professional communication via phone
