We are searching for a qualified and skilled Customer Service Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer quality Customer Service and sales support to the team. You will be responsible for creating policies and procedures and overseeing the team's customer service. Besides, you will be responsible for the hiring process of staff throughout their selection and ensure that a systemized way of service is built for all the customers.

Customer Service Executive Responsibilities

  • Handling and staffing the team of representatives providing customer service
  • Looking after the customer services procedure
  • Solving customer queries and complaints
  • Creating policies and procedures to offer standard services
  • Provide training to the freshers to offer systematic service delivery
  • To look after the selection and hiring process of new staff
  • Monitoring work of all the staff and representatives of the team
  • Managing and directing quality assurance services with customers and offering feedback to the staff
  • Have good knowledge of products and services to provide quality customer support
  • Maintaining a healthy working environment for the team

Customer Service Executive Requirements

  • Any candidate who has a bachelor's degree in administration or a related field can apply for this position
  • Having a relevant experience of 3 years working as a Customer Service Executive or any related field
