Roles And Responsibilities of Adobe Analytics

  • Manage processes to capture, store, use, and track online activities from multiple websites.
  • Conduct efficient analysis across business analytics platforms and maintain data integrity and documentation of the tracking standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation.
  • Work across both marketing and development teams to support both the teams with analytics tracking.
  • Engage with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meet business requirements.
  • Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize customer experience.
  • Generate reports and provide data-based insights and recommendations.
  • Provide QA support and guide the team in developing tagging frameworks.
  • Proactively identify issues and recommend resolutions working closely with key business leaders to offer better alternatives and enhancements.
  • Manage the implementation and tracking of digital marketing initiatives, both current and future.
  • Efficiently manage the interface between business and implementation units.

Skills And Experience Required for Adobe Analytics

  • Mandatory work experience in tagging technologies, like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, Tealium, or Ensighten.
  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Launch, JavaScript, jQuery, API, and EDDL.
  • Must have prior experience working in technical architecture/framework of an analytical ecosystem.
  • Good understanding of designing solutions and writing technical documentation for a medium/large-scale commercial website.
  • A quick learner who is self-motivated and proactively solve problems.
  • Good understanding of web analytics implementation from any Track Management System.
  • Must have efficient stakeholder management skills, including strong communication and presentation skills.
