Job Description
- 5+ years of industry experience as a UI/UX designer. Experience managing a team of 6-8 UI/UX designers
- Proven success designing and optimizing high-quality product experiences for a variety of platforms including desktop, web and mobile. Experience in B2B platforms is an advantage.
- Mastery of UX interaction and design principles and deliverables including rapid prototyping, concept diagrams, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, experience maps, design patterns and annotated comps.
- Experience in working with Enterprise Level Design Systems and Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Architect system wide design solutions that satisfy both product and engineering requirements.
- A portfolio of design projects is a MUST.
- Working knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of web front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap as well as iOS components and Material Design.
- Drive and willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.
