Test Lead

Must-Have Skills:

• Should have strong experience in Test Strategy, Planning.
• Working experience as a Test lead were to designing complex Testing solutions by understanding the requirements and should be able to create Test Strategy and Test Plan from scratch in a limited time frame.
• Should have exposure and good understanding on Load balancer, Firewalls, infrastructure.
• Should have hands-on experience in VDI testing/peripheral testing.
• Should have firmware and system testing/product testing experience.
• Should have knowledge on NoSQL and MySQL Database and their configuration in a distributed environment.
• 4 years of relevant experience in software testing on Linux (more preferred) & Windows Environment preferable in client/server architecture by using SSH, RDP, etc.
• Experience in Server/Systems Management software validation (E2E)-e.g WMS.
• Should have hands-on Testing experience and can work as an individual contributor when required.
• Operating System Knowledge: Strong knowledge on MS Windows Servers (2012 R2, 2016, 2019), Red Hat Linux, SUSE Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc. Knowledge of OS-level troubleshooting, configuring Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, etc. Also should be confident enough to customize/configure Test Lab based on the testing requirement with a minimum downtime.
• Should have working knowledge in Agile Process and documentation.
• Should have working experience with Test Rail, JIRA, Confluence or similar Testing and Project/ Program management tools.
• Should have good communication skills.

Good to have Skills:

• Creating Automation framework and scripting knowledge for performance benchmarking and creating regression test suite.
• Cloud Platform (AWS/Azure) Exposure.
• Localization Testing.
• Performance testing
