Job Description
- OSS/BSS lead having 8+ years of experience and with good knowledge of Telecom GSM business.
- Should have knowledge of BSS/OSS systems from lead generation to order creation, fulfillment, provisioning/activation, service assurance, Inventory system. CRM, customer life cycle.
- Knowledge about Enterprise products (B2B space)
- Expertise on some of the relevant COTS platforms.
- Experienced in Telecom IT operations and Application Management.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Database, Unix and Shell scripting knowledge.
- Capable to manage a small team of 8-12 resources.
