Job Description

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules
  • Analyses user requirements and current procedures to design and develop new automated process workflows within the ServiceNow environment
  • Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with any third-party applications
  • Works with internal process managers and ServiceNow administrators to implement and support all ServiceNow modules
  • Provides technical leadership and advice to all areas of business unit Basic Requirements –
  • At least four (3) years of relevant ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change)
  • Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications and systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of system design and development used within web service or message-based applications (e.g. REST/SOAP)
  • Hands on experience on modules like ITSM, Service Portal and Scoped applications
  • ServiceNow modules in support of SLA and reporting requirements
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and good experience in doing customization in UI Pages / UI Macro / Jelly Scripting / JavaScript etc.
  • Knowledge of Web Development frameworks like Angular JS / HTML 5 / JQuery / CSS
  • Proven ability to work across multiple functional teams in the creation of an application development/support process.
