Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the structure of a business, and organisation and lead any change management projects, including the researching, implementation, and assessment from start to finish.
  • Identify problems within a business and organisation in general.
  • Communicate with stakeholders in organisations to find out what they hope to achieve.
  • Helping with and leading on any colleague engagement programmes to do with internal change management via trainings and brandings.
  • Formulate ways for smooth transition and change acceptance later.
  • Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of Change.
  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in training/ change management.
  • JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Web Programming Skills, E-Commerce, Cross-Browser Compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Multimedia Content Development, API's
  • 2 Years’ experience in delivery of User Training Programs through Training and Change Management.
  • Understanding of the impact of financial industry and other sectors within the business on Change management.
  • Change management experience, including communications, engagement, and behavioural and cultural change.
  • Analytical skills & Problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management Abilities.
  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, Learning Management System (LMS) and techniques.
