Job Description

SAP PM expertise includes the configuration of business processes such as Corrective/Breakdown/Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, Calibration, Shutdown Management, and Measurement Points
Should have knowledge on integration with MM, FI, CO, PS, QM & PP modules
Having in-depth knowledge in Plant Maintenance with customization functions.
Exposure and understanding of SAP PM Master Data (Functional Locations, Equipment’s, Work Centers, Task lists, Serial Numbers, BOM & measuring points).
Defining Maintenance Strategies, Packages, Maintenance items, Maintenance Plans and Scheduling in plant maintenance.
Understanding the complete business process in Plant Maintenance like Breakdown maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Refurbishment, Routine maintenance, Calibration, Performance Based Maintenance, Installation & Dismantle Process.
Familiar with complete Maintenance Processing cycle from Notification to Settlement including special business processes (Inspection and Refurbishment).
Configuration of PM: enterprise structure, structuring the technical objects equipment, Functional Locations, Work Centers, Task lists, Permit, measuring point Counters, Serial numbers, Warranties, BOM, PRT, Permits. Defining and assigning Number ranges for Notification and maintenance order, document types.
Preparation of Functional specification for new development activities in PM Module.
