The plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining the water supply pipes, fixtures.
To installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing system used for water distribution and waste water disposal in (if required) residential Quarter.
Plumbing works in co-operation with the staff of other trades the campus to ensure efficient completion of any new/old maintenance/construction works in Staff Colony.
Periodic maintenance of all water supply networks and waste and drainage systems.
To help JE(MBSQ) in preparation of water bills Staff Quarters.
Periodic maintenance of all the water pumps (Such as alignment, bush, gallon rope etc, joint leakages etc and footwalls in water tanks.
To help/supervise the work of cleaning & disinfection of water tanks.
Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems.
Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs and toilets.
Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and appliances.
Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks.
Keep daily reports to EIC and perform other related duties as instructed by EIC.
