- Strong knowledge and debugging skills Oracle, Stored Procedures and

- Experience in Batch Monitoring
- Perform in-depth analysis of incidents to determine root causes and solutions.
- Expertise in documenting support runs book and other technical documents.
- Identify high priority incidents and escalate to management.
- Assist with client support reporting.
- Own, Lead and coordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, process improvements.
- Should be able to write PLSQL/SQL queries.
