Packing & Operations Executive- 8th/ 10th Pass, Jobs in Haryana

We are looking for a responsible and physically fit picker to help us organize shipping orders. The picker will be accountable for employing requests and order sheets to choose a vast number of items, place, and arrange the product items in containers and bins as per the instructions. The picker will also look after the damage and ensure that the right product is selected. You will be responsible for completing your duties per the standard operating instructions and ensuring no damage in importing and exporting shipments. The picker must use a forklift, organize equipment, do essential maintenance, manage physical inventories and report quality differences.

To become eligible for this job profile, you have to perform at a high level of accuracy. The top candidates must be organized, well-versed with equipment, and know how to work under pressure.

Picker & Packers Responsibilities:

• Ensuring cleanliness in work premises by keeping it well-organized well-organized and clean
• Packing imported stock away and reporting inventory shortages from time to time
• Maintain a record of incoming and outgoing shipments from the warehouse
• Picking orders as per the management’s requests
• Ensuring the right shipment of products to the shipping area
• Sealing and tagging containers and signing pick tickets to confirm
• Helping in maintaining complete security of the warehouse
• Packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading trucks by using forklifts, totes, and jacks
• Placing containers on the platform and attaching with stretch wrap, strapping, and shrink wrap

Picker & Packers Requirements:

• Candidates who have completed High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent can apply for this job profile
• Freshers can also apply, but experienced candidates are preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a large number of people in coordination
• Organizational skills
• Physically fit
• Know how to use tools and equipment
