• Migrating the database objects from Dev /QA to Production
• Database refresh /cloning
• Database upgrades
• Database patching
• Knowledge on Oracle  RAC
• Knowledge Management - Creation of SOPs for regular activities. 
• Service/process Compliance reporting
• DR Drill support
• Software installation, migration
• Database encryption, performance tuning

Tools: OEM , RMAN , Grid, DataGuard , Golden Gate ,etc

Good-to-Have

Knowledge on Exadata, Microsoft SQL Server, Performance tuning
