The position is responsible for installing, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware and software systems. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. Ensuring optimal application functionality by configuring networks. Troubleshooting IT issues by asking customers targeted questions. Providing customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems.The first line of support is usually provided via chat, phone, and email communications. Your pre-sale support emails and support chats will be addressed by a Level 1 software engineer.
