IT AUTOMATION

• Good knowledge of UNIX operating systems
• Expertise in perl/shell scripting, Python, Javascript, CSS, HTML, XML and Database.
• Knowledge on collect events, correlate events, dash boards, reports, etc in IT assurance domain.
• Experience with SNMP, Corba, JMS and Webservices
• Exposure to in multi-vendor / multi-technology / multi-customer integration to NMS/OSS for IT service assurance, application monitoring and self-corrective automations.

Good to Have

• Knowledge about Drools
• Working experience on Zabbix (install, configure, create adaptations, create templates, etc) or any other similar tool in IT Service Assurance area.
• Working experience on ELK (Configuration, indexing, Queries, Aggregations, mapping and text analysis, troubleshooting, etc)
• Knowledge about Grafana and Jasper reports
• Knowledge of Open Source ike WildFly, Tomcat Web server, Apache Camel, Drools
• Knowledge on ITIL and experience with ITSM tools.
• Knowledge on CMDB
• Knowledge on Dockers, Scripting, MySQL and clustering
