ISO Audit/ Implementation Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to prepare, review and update SOP, Policy & Departmental Procedure with the help of respective stack holders.
• Coordinate with Client and Certification body related to audit and outcomes of audit (NC, Observation and Point of improvement)
• Conduct internal Audit as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 27001:2013 and share audit report with various stack holders.
• Ensure and follow up on internal and external audit closers, and ensure valid evidence against.
• Take care of vendor Due Delegation as per approved vendor list.
• Playing pivot role for external body & company for alignment of smooth external auditing, Preparation & Submission of corrective action report as per audit (Certification or Customer) report etc.
• Ensure quality of services and share quality score with respective department team leaders.
