Infor EAM Functional

• Minimum of 10 years of EAM experience
• Must have collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have the ability to develop strong client relationships and manage large engagements (single/multiple).
• Must be able to execute, monitor, and control the EAM delivery.
• Must have the right attitude to focus and prioritize the delivery tasks.
• Must be able to lead the delivery from remote locations.
• Must have delivered at least 2 implementation projects in the capability of consulting ownership.
• Must be proactive and able to manage escalations and conflicts.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills.
• Nice to have knowledge of Cloud SaaS products and delivery methodologies

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Experience in at least 2-3 EAM implementation (end-to-end) with core ERP systems.
• Experience in Asset management process consulting is preferred.
• Experience within Pharma, Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utility industries is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings, and presenting to large groups.
• Ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement an appropriate course of action.
