Job Responsibilities:

  1. Need to provide technical support to the users by researching and resolving queries of the customers
  2. Troubleshooting problems, maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
  3. Resolve client problems by researching answers and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  4. Participates in developing client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
