Day-to-day maintenance of electric installation such as switches, sockets, MCB’S, electric wiring for the light points/ power points of the quarters as per complaints registered in the complaint book.
Maintenance & Repairing of street lights and garden lights in the Colony.
Operation of pumps meant for water supply in 120 nos. of staff quarters, M.S. building, Director & D.G. campus in shifts duty and /or as directed by Engineer- In-Charge.
Operation of diesel Generator set (45 KVA) for supplying electricity to lift, water supply pumps and street lights during failure of power and /or as directed by Engineer In-Charge.
Rescue operation of the users/ passengers as and when detained in the lift during failure of power or any other fault in the lift operation by opening the lift door in M.S. Building.
Any other electrical or emergency work occurred in the colony as and when required.
