Job Description
- Experience of not less than 4 years in Comptel Order Management, Comptel SRI & CNM.Knowledge on Comptel CatLog & BST, Comptel Instantlink Software module design, specification and implementation.
- Good communication skills to participate in discussions with business and solution architects, express in an articulate way.
- Well versed in Product configuration, Support product patch delivery, Release packaging & Support installations
- Experience in creating/updating documentation and delivery data information.
- Perform functional testing and unit testing.
- Support and fix the bugs identified during testing phases of SDLC
- Good understanding of telecom domain
- Effectively communicate with Operations team during the deployment phase.
- Be ready to work on holidays or weekends, occasionally if need arises.
- Should be ready to work at Onsite or Offshore as need arises
