Business Analyst (Telecom)

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Should have a minimum of 2+ years experience in CBU/EBU Telecom Industry
• Should be having a full understanding of the Fulfilment, Billing, and Assurance flows
• Should be have good knowledge in OSS and BSS flows
• Should be able to understand the Case studies and should be able to convert the same to requirements and business flows
• Should be having experience in the IT systems impacting business flows
• Should have experience in converting business requirements/problem statements to technical requirements
• Should be able to conduct the workshops, UAT execution and war room clarifications, etc
