If the boss doesn’t manage those under him/her well, it is likely that you will not enjoy the work environment. But what if you land with a boss who’s a role model, self-motivated, competent, smart, and doesn’t shout or discourage his/her employees? Having a good boss is one of the critical factors contributing to job satisfaction.

Do you like the company culture and mission? Do you fit in and share the same values? To be productive, you need to work in a place where you feel comfortable. If you aren’t, maybe it’s not the job or company for you.
You are respected as a colleague and employee
Respect is a two-way street. So, you should get back the same respects you give to your colleagues and supervisors. How can you know for sure if they respect you? Well, you have their respect, when you have something important to announce or say, and they give you their full attention.
You are growing
When do you know that you have learned or are still learning many new things at work and whenever you achieve something you feel your confidence-boosting, well, don’t you think you are at the right place?
You deserve good pay
If your salary is fair and your position reflects the scope of your responsibilities, it could give you more room to grow without much worry.
I love my job
You do not have to hesitate to answer the question of whether you love your job or not. The answer “Yes” comes out naturally from your mouth.
