Key Responsibilities and Duties
Order Picking: Locate products in the warehouse using handheld scanners or pick lists to fulfill orders accurately.
Packing and Shipping: Secure items in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit, following specific customer requirements.
Quality Control: Inspect goods for defects, verify quantity, and ensure items match the order before sealing.
Inventory Management: Update inventory systems, track stock levels, and report any shortages or damaged goods.
Organization and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with warehouse safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 10-20 kg) for long periods.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in selecting the correct products and quantities to avoid shipping errors.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet shipping deadlines.
Basic Technical Skills: Proficiency with barcode scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or basic computer tasks.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with previous experience in logistics or warehousing a plus.
