Job Description

  • Installation of PC’s
  • PC Assembly.
  • Hardware Configuration & Troubleshooting.
  • LAN Establishment.
  • File & Device Sharing, Network printer installation etc.
  • Mails client configuration as MS outlook etc
  • Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Printer.
  • Provide the NIG and Post NIG technical support to the service delivery team.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
  • Implementation & troubleshooting of DNS & Antivirus Server on WINDOWS 2008 server.
  • To configure/troubleshoot issues pertaining to the LAN & WAN on customer site.
  • Testing/Diagnosing of network connectivity problems.
