Support Engineer

Provide engineering support for the Identity and Authentication development work in AWS and GCP environments. Support for integrating  AWS and Google enterprise SSO platform to enable a secure and enhanced authentication experience for cloud users. Knowledge and experience with information security, Authorization and Authentication systems, infrastructure and implementation techniques is a key component to this role. You will demonstrate extraordinary organizational and cross-functional communication skills to collaborate on the integration to existing security features.

• 3+ years of experience with designing and implementing AWS SSO solution with Azure Active Directory solutions in large scale environments
• Azure AD, Multi-Factor Authentication, Identity Federation, SAML, OAuth and OpenID, IAM architecture, business processes and controls
• Cloud Service Providers, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with Azure AD Engineering and Operations including MFA, Conditional Access Policies, SSO, Federation, Identity Life Cycle for Workforce and Customers, Provisioning or Active Directory Synchronization

Preferred and  required Skills: Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:

• Single Sign On
• Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design
• Resource Provisioning
• Privileged Access Management
• Multi-factor authentication
• Identity Governance and Administration
• Good understanding of security architecture and information security best practice .
• Experience with authentication and federation technologies and solutions

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with integrating with authentication/directory services like Active Directory (LDAP), Crowd, Oauth and SAML.
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments
• Experience in managing infrastructure and deploying applications in AWS
• Solid background in Cloud based architecture and continuous deployment (AWS, GCP Cloud Formation)
• Previous experience with DevOps and Agile practises
• Good working knowledge CI/CD  and Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, Jira, Confluence
• Experience in Ansible, Python, Bash, Puppet, Maven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements
