Job Description

  • He should keep the office tables, chairs, almirahs, windows, book-shelves, cubicles and cabin clean and tidy.
  • Before leaving the office, he should check if all the systems are switched off, lights and fans are switched off, doors and windows of the cabinet are closed.
  • The Peon shall handle files between different branches of the offices.
  • They shall deliver local official letter to other offices.
  • They shall perform other duties assigned by the Officer Incharge.
  • Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material.
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
