Job Responsibilities:

  • Key member of the leadership team and responsible for running CJ care operations including – sales, service, collections, customer lifecycle management, complaint management etc.
  • P&L responsibility- deliver as per the organization’s business plan across all performance metrices.
  • Strategize development of the CJ Care operations.
  • Design and operate customer interactions/workflows, processes to deliver a superior and seamless experience.
  • Manage key external relationships, distribution partners, technology partners (CRM, LMS, Complaint management, Communication companies etc)
  • Manage end to end HR related formalities of the contractual employees.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
