Key member of the leadership team and responsible for running care operations including – sales, service, collections, customer lifecycle management, complaint management etc.
P&L responsibility- delivers as per the organization’s business plan across all performance metrics.
Strategize development of the CJ Care operations.
Design and operate customer interactions/workflows, processes to deliver a superior and seamless experience.
Manage key external relationships, distribution partners, technology partners (CRM, LMS, Complaint management, Communication companies etc)
Manage end to end HR related formalities of the contractual employees.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of Recruitment and Payroll
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manage time effectively.
